Wes is owner and provides strategic leadership and expertise in all operations and support functions; resulting in enhanced employee and customer experiences; growing the company, its revenue, and net profit. His favorite part of the role is helping people in improving their quality of life---the employees' experience, the customers' experience and, through them, their customers, families, and communities.
He has over 30 years of successful experience providing leadership excellence for training, organizational development, and change. He has rapidly grown over 10 training organizations. He also has strategic and tactical experience in all operation and support functions (Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, IT, Finance, etc.). Wes has been named in the top 125 globally in training and organizational development for almost a decade and earned first place twice. He also earned multiple Vista Equity training and organizational development award nominations, finalists, and wins. His experience has been supported by his informal and formal education--including a PhD, MBA, MS, BS, and two certifications that only several hundred in the world have currently earned.
He has been married 44 years, has three children, and two grandchildren.
Erin Lasyone has been a member of the Training Logic team since 2019. Erin began her career as an administrative assistant to the CEO and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2021. Upon the sale of the company in 2022, Erin assumed the CEO position.
Erin has an associate degree from Northshore Technical Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University. Erin possesses extensive grant writing experience. Her favorite part of the CEO role is ensuring that Training Logic provides the exceptional customer service the company is known for and growing our customer base.
Erin and her husband Shaun (retired Army National Guard veteran) live near Dubach, Louisiana, with their three sons, Ryland, Maddox, and Holden. They enjoy traveling – including scuba diving, camping, raising a multitude of farm animals, and gardening.
Dawn Amason is our COO and she also trains. She joined the Training Logic team in May 2021 as a Corporate Leadership trainer and assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer in October 2022. Dawn spent twenty-four years as a Human Resource Manager and Corporate Leadership Trainer for a major wood products manufacturing company. She has extensive experience in lumber, plywood, veneer, engineered lumber, OSB manufacturing, and labor relations.
Dawn grew up in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana, and attended Louisiana Tech University. Her certifications include Dimensions of Professional Selling, Industrial & Labor Relations, Professional Human Resource (PHR), and ATD Training & Facilitation. Her favorite parts of leadership development are providing tools for leaders to enhance and expand their skills and customizing training sessions to add the most value to participants and the organization.
Dawn and her husband, Jesse (retired Navy veteran), live near El Dorado, Arkansas. They enjoy camping in their RV, fishing, feeding the local deer population, and caring for their eight (8) rescue pups.
DeMarkus grew up in Monroe, Louisiana and joined the Training Logic team July of 2022 as a Corporate Trainer.
Prior to joining Training Logic, he was employed by Louisiana Workforce Commission for four years and operated in various roles such as case management, training and development, and safety coordination. While employed by Louisiana Workforce Commission, DeMarkus took on the role of Regional Safety Manager which covered approximately 7-9 state office buildings. In this role, he performed safety audits, quarterly training, and created corrective action plans. While in this role, DeMarkus’s region was able to successfully pass the Office of Risk Management Loss Prevention Audit annually.
DeMarkus is currently a non-traditional student enrolled at Louisiana State University - Shreveport to complete his Bachelor of General Studies degree. He is currently certified as a Basic Life Skills (CPR/AED/First Aid) Instructor and working on his OSHA certifications. He is excited to be a part the of Training Logic team to provide quality and relative training to our clients. When not working, DeMarkus enjoys trying new recipes and spending time with family and friends.
Ricky Mitchell grew up in the piney forests of Vernon Parish and is an alumnus of Anacoco High School. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana College and a Master of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University. Ricky has been married to Angela Ward for 35 years. They are the proud parents of Molly who is employed at the University of Texas at Tyler.
For nine years, Ricky worked for the Louisiana Community and Technical College System in various capacities including safety and fleet management.During his career at Willamette Industries, Ricky functioned as the Training Coordinator for the Southern Region which included technical writing for job manuals. Currently, Ricky serves as a Corporate Trainer for Training Logic, Inc. Ricky’s certifications include: OSHA Authorized General Industry Trainer, C.P.R. & First Aid, Competent Person in Fall Prevention & Protection, HAZWOPER “Train the Trainer”, and Confined Space “Train the Trainer”.
In addition to serving as a safety trainer, Ricky functions as a leadership trainer focusing on team dynamics, customer service, and conflict resolution.
LaWanda Marshall is an Organizational Development Consultant as well as trains. She joined the Training Logic team in September of 2022. LaWanda graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a BA after which she went to work in the customer service banking industry. She worked for 13 years leading teams and developing staff to go into leadership roles.
In 2016 LaWanda received a master’s degree in Human Resources and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University. LaWanda says “I enjoy training people how to communicate with one another as well as providing leadership skills. If you can provide those skills to the workforce, I believe you will be able to gain a more loyal staff as well as develop leaders within your own organization.”
She has been married to Otis Marshall for 29 years and they share two children, a set of twins who have just started college. She also has a bonus daughter that is about to complete Pharmacy School. In her time away from work she likes to read, watch movies, and paper craft.

Shaun grew up in Winnfield, Louisiana and moved to Ruston in 2001, where he attended Louisiana Tech University. In 2002, Shaun joined the La Army National Guard. He has over 20 years of service, including two tours in Iraq and 13 years of active-duty service. During his time in the Army, he trained thousands of soldiers in many aspects such as leadership, safety, policy, medical, combat, and heavy equipment.
Shaun is a corporate trainer and a certified CPR/first aid instructor. His time spent training soldiers has helped him to become a great corporate trainer. He can relate to many people across a broad spectrum and easily engages with any audience. His goal is to connect with everyone he trains and have them leave feeling more confident and knowledgeable about their job.
Shaun is married to his wife, Erin. They have three children, twin boys Ryland and Maddox and a younger son, Holden. When Shaun is not training, he homeschools his children and takes care of their small farm. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling in his free time.
SeDerek Baker joined the Training Logic team in November 2022 as a Corporate Trainer. SeDerek grew up and still resides in Shreveport, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana Tech University in Ruston.
SeDerek came to Training Logic from an Administrative Coordinator III position with the State of Louisiana. Prior to state employment, SeDerek spent many years with EDCO, LLC as a Crew Foreman, Safety Coordinator and Manager of Safety and Training. In his role with EDCO, SeDerek created, implemented, and modified safety and training programs and policies; ensured customer and regulatory compliance and designed and maintained the company’s audit and inspection database.
SeDerek is detail oriented and committed to ensuring his training meets the needs of each individual organization and their workforce. He has been an LA Lakers fan since birth, loves the fighting Tigers of LSU and the New Orleans Saints. When not training SeDerek enjoys live music, sporting events, fishing, cooking, and grilling (food in general) and spending time with his family.
Dr. Danielle A. Stewart, Ed.D, MBA, BA is the President of iChange Collaborative. She is an innovative leader, organizer, educator, facilitator, and curriculum design expert in transformative racial equity education. She co-founded iChange’s first Summer Diversity Institute for Educators in 2013 and has facilitated virtual affinity groups for people of color ever since. In addition to developing iChange, she established The Community Empowerment Foundation and In School Spirit to ignite positive school academic outcomes for students of color and pursue continued research in improving their experiences in school. In addition to her love of teaching and learning, her passion is fulfilled when using her creative skills in a variety of ways, in order to give back to the community. Dr. Danielle currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Elijah is an author, actor, and advocate. Assigned the female sex at birth, he spent almost half of his life in the US Military as a woman. He retired as a Lt Col in 2012 to fully live and embraces his core values: authenticity, integrity, and transparency. He resigned from his pastoral duties when he started his gender reassignment from female to male in 2018. Dr. Elijah holds a PhD and an MBA in Business Administration, an MS in Leadership and Operational Art, an MA in Education Training & Leadership, and a BS in Administration of Justice. Dr. Nicholas attended the Harvard Divinity Executive Education program. Dr. Elijah currently serves on the Transgender Expansive Committee for OUT Georgia Business Alliance, the International Transgender Advisory Group for the International LGBTQ+ Travel Association’s Foundation, and the LGBTQIA+ Liaison for The Atlanta Veterans Administration Mental Health Advisory Committee. He is the author of Madoodle, a children’s book about a 10-year-old girl whose Uncle Pete was once her favorite Auntie.
Martha draws on the power of story to make the psychological dimensions of social identities visible. She has facilitated hundreds of conversations about race, gender, and social class experience with thousands of professionals. Her interactive, inquiry-based teaching style incorporates social emotional learning, identity formation theory, and ethics to achieve results that enhance empathy, inspire innovative thinking, and catalyze leadership development. Martha’s articles on inclusive best practices have appeared in Independent Schools Magazine, Greater Good Magazine, Youth Today, Middle School Journal, and EdWeek. She is a co-author of Let’s Get Real: Exploring Race, Class, and Gender Identities in the Classroom, Facilitating Conversations about Race, and Gender and Sexuality: An Educator’s Guide.
George is a proud graduate of the College of Education at the University of North Texas. To continue learning, he completed Juran for Quality Improvement, Crosby Quality College, Disney Customer Service Training, and a Malcolm Baldrige Examiner Workshop. His ongoing self-study includes numerous publications on the subject of human performance.
George provides a variety of performance improvement services including performance assessment, leader and team assessments and development, process analysis, adventure retreats, strategic planning, scientific problem solving, process qualification, six sigma applications, change navigation, scientific benchmarking, career navigation, and performance based instructional design. He has designed an extensive curriculum on Organizational and Human Performance Improvement and authored articles for various journals, conference proceedings, and newsletters and one unpublished manuscript.
George has presented a variety of workshops and experiential learning sessions at distinguished symposiums, summits, conferences, and forums. He is past President of the International Society for Performance Improvement Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter. While an independent consultant for decades, he had a distinguished early career with Texas Instruments, US Army Combat Surveillance and Electronic Warfare School, Texans Credit Union, and Sabre.
George is also steward of New Purpose Urban Farms in Colleyville, Texas where he grows food crops and conducts gardening workshops for individuals interested in sustainable vegetable gardening.

Madeline Priest has been with the Training Logic team since 2013. Madeline has a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology. Her 24 years of extensive experience in workforce development includes human resources management, professional continuing education/workforce program development and management, and 15 years in grant management for Louisiana’s Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWTP).
Madeline is a strategic partner for clients, works with all levels of organizations to secure and manage grant funding for training, and helps clients navigate the grant process from beginning to end. She highly values contributing to the success of companies and their employees. She enjoys traveling, decorating, and spending time with her husband and her 5 adorable fur babies.
Belinda joined the Training Logic team in May 2022 and immediately positioned herself as a valuable asset to the organization. Belinda serves as an administrative assistant to the team and coordinates all training schedules.
Belinda grew up in southern California and lived there until she moved to Nevada in 2014. Nevada was home until she and her husband relocated to the Ruston area in 2021. Belinda has spent most of her career in customer service for various organizations and, before joining Training Logic, served as new account manager for Cintas Corporation. Belinda is likely the first person you encounter when you call or visit Training Logic, and her attention to detail and exceptional customer service shines through.
She has one daughter, Kristal, who lives in Nevada. When not keeping the TLI team lined out, Belinda and her husband, William, enjoy exploring festivals, trying out new restaurants, and caring for their two fur babies, Sophie and Chief.
