We offered our first off-site, multi-day, leadership development event. These customized events test succession candidates' problem-solving skills through assignments, role plays, and one-on-one feedback from their assessors. This creative approach is still utilized by our team today.
In order to better serve our clients, we hired top-notch safety trainers and created courses with the goal of helping companies develop injury-free cultures.
We expanded into the Bossier City/Shreveport region and hired new trainers and grant managers.
We sent out a team to Alberta, Canada to conduct our first international, onsite training.
We started partnering with local community colleges to write and manage more Louisiana Workforce Commission IWTP grants. This mutually beneficial partnership helps us effectively serve a larger geographic area.
He left a legacy of cultivating relationships with clients across the world and providing world class training in a variety of industries.
