Training Logic, Inc., (TLI) was founded in 2002 by Thomas Evans, whose experience included serving as Regional Training Manager and Instructor for Dale Carnegie and a National Training Manager for a diversified wood products manufacturing company, Willamette Industries. Thomas passed away in 2021, leaving behind a legacy of exceptional customer service.
In 2022 TLI began a new journey when Wes Parker acquired the company. Wes has over 30 years of successful experience providing leadership excellence for training, organizational development, and change. He has rapidly grown over 10 training organizations. He also has strategic and tactical experience in all operation and support functions (Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, IT, Finance, etc.). Wes has won the Top 125 Training Industry award seven years in a row and earned first place twice. TLI is excited to be growing and expanding utilizing Wes’ expertise and visionary approach.

Erin Lasyone served as the COO of Training Logic prior to assuming the role of CEO in the Spring of 2022. As with anyone who had the privilege of knowing and/or working for him, Erin considered Thomas a mentor, role model and friend. Erin and Wes are passionate about delivering best-in-class service and are committed to ensuring Thomas’ legacy of exceeding all customer’s expectations every time be at the forefront of every interaction.

All training sessions contained in our catalog will be customized to fit the customer’s needs. We can adjust session hours of each course to accommodate the business need and/or work schedule.

In addition to our trainers and service providers, TLI employs experienced grant managers who can assist you if you reside in Louisiana to obtain applicable state training funds through Incumbent Worker Training grants to help offset the cost of training when requested and applicable.
